La Mancha



This was such an amazing moment on our trip in Spain. Clint and I were driving down the road and happened upon an image that I used in one of my paintings. Holland gave Spain several windmills in 1570, as a friendly gesture. They are located in the La Mancha region, near the town of Consuerga. There is also the Castillo de Molino that shares the hill with the windmills. They certainly were beautiful.
